I'm the Director of IT & Web Services, providing both technical and strategic guidance at Nikwax and Páramo.

This area breaks down into an IT Services team, a Database & Programming team, Web Development and an IT Development team. The Programming team develop in house applications, business reports and look after the company databases. The Development teams work on longer term projects with the aim of using IT and our websites to drive the businesses forward. And the Services team, who deal with the day to day running of IT, ensuring our company infrastructure is secure, reliable and speedy. Responsible for the servers, communications, provision of e-mail, internet, security, antivirus, backups and support for our end users.

We're based in East Sussex, but also have a number of remote areas to oversee. These being our offices in Seattle, Central Europe and our brand stores selling Páramo clothing.
